**** UCF / Boise State Game Day Thread ****

Trick plays aren’t comfortable plays for players. They don’t get the same kind of reps that you get with your base offense. You need 1 yard. Line up with your strongest base play and get the yard. Instead, you get false starts or missed blocks or some other error. It isn’t complicated.

Totally agree. The worst part to me is, UCF has better players. There is no need to do that right now. One or two in the second half if needed, but really, UCF should be winning right now.

This is the most choppy, disjointed game. We are totally outplaying them but can’t put it in the end zone.

Second half
Shut down their run game and make this hurt QB be a pocket passer.
We are doing whatever we want on offense just need to stop shooting ourselves in the foot on 3rd and 4th down.
I think we win this 26-20.

y'all can complain about playcalling all you want, but when you have absolutely PATHETIC receivers like this, you aren't going to do anything. stop going after these transfers because they played in the SEC. they left for a reason. UCF knows what receiving and QB talent looks like, we've put quite a few in the NFL, maybe gus doesn't know our history, but we need to stop accepting these trash transfers.

I get what you’re saying. The most glaring mistakes have been in the RZ from WRs. I still believe you don’t forgo points on the road when you’re the better team. There are some other iffy calls in the game.
