Here’s the updated Bowl projections that I could find as of a few minutes ago.

I included the Peach and Fiesta Bowl since those are the only 2 NY6 bowls we can go to.

Bottomline assuming me make it to a NY6 bowl, our opponent and destination are far from certain at this point.

5 of the 9 media outlets are predicting we will go to the Peach Bowl and 4 are predicting Fiesta. That’s a big shift towards the Peach compared to last week’s projections.

As far as our opponent, there are 4 predictions for UF, 3 for LSU, 1 for Texas, and 1 for Syracuse.

SB Nation:
UF vs. UCF Peach
LSU vs. West Virginia Fiesta

SI:
Texas vs. UCF Fiesta
Oklahoma vs. LSU Peach

CBS Sports:
UF vs UCF Fiesta
LSU vs. West Virginia Peach

Bleacher Report:
UF vs UCF Fiesta
LSU vs. West Virginia Peach

Orlando Sentinel:
LSU vs. UCF Fiesta
UF vs. West Virginia Peach

College Football News:
UF vs. UCF Peach
LSU vs. Syracuse Fiesta

Fan Duel:
Syracuse vs. UCF Peach
LSU vs. West Virginia Fiesta

Saturday Blitz/FanSided:
LSU vs. UCF Peach
UF vs. West Virginia Fiesta

Sporting News:
LSU vs. UCF Peach
Penn State vs. West Virginia Fiesta

Personall I would like to play the best available team where we would get the most respect if we beat them.

That’s probably LSU if they stay at only 2 losses. Beating a top 10 SEC team will definitely earn us the most respect.

My next choice would be either West Virginia or UF. WV is clearly the better team, but I would love the chance to beat UF, not only an SEC team but more importantly an in-state team that would give us bragging rights for years if we beat them.

Here’s my preference:
1. LSU
2. UF or WV
4. Texas
5. Syracuse

Obviously the Peach would be my first choice as far as which bowl we play in.

Which of these teams would you prefer?
