***UCF calls emergency BOT meeting in relation to Conference Membership, Line of Credit***

UCF just posted the document online (link below). It is scheduled for 3:15 p.m. on Friday.

I'm hearing UCF Foundation is increasing UCFAA's Credit Line from $5M to $10M. This is to facilitate the $5M "application fee" the Big 12 is asking from new members. The AAC buyout is a separate negotiation that is just getting started. The expectation remains UCF will join in 2023, but there is perhaps a slim chance it is for 2022. That is dependent on A LOT of factors.
