
Richie Grant continues to lead the way with the highest overall grade on defense. Trysten Hill, Titus Davis and Rashard Causey also had great games. Kyle Gibson rebounded well from a bad performance at Memphis. Nevelle Clarke and Eriq Gilyard were graded very poorly. Gillyard had a 21.7 tackling grade.
Nate Evans was the AAC Defensive Player of the Week with 10 tackles, a sack, PBU and fumble recovery for a TD, but received a mostly pedestrian grade.
