UCF Football: Believe

Maybe it's only us older fans that "get it". We remember the days BEFORE anyone ever told us "never". They didn't tell us because we were so far off the radar, they didn't know we existed. We've watched this program rise from total obscurity to the point we demanded their attention. We're down now, but we've seen how this plays out. They'll all be eating crow again someday.

there is so much negativity out there about this hire and UCF right now from other fans and even some of our own fans. UCF thrived in the past when we were mocked about where we thought the ceiling of this Program is….without the Scott Frost years and him recruiting KZ there is a good chance UCF is still sitting in the AAC.

True but I think the Frost hire is going to be a big unknown. I like having him back however I have questions about how he'll deal with NIL and whether he can stay away from the whore houses.

Was the last point really necessary?

Rather than dealing with rumors, let's discuss a real problem with Frost that his assistant's from UCF admitted-- he had a looser style of coaching which didn't transfer to Nebraska. The blue bloods didn't like afternoon basketball with the HC etc. Will that style work here now that UCF's in the Big XII? Does the NIL create a more 'serious' player that won't put up with that? Or does UCF fit more with that style? My guess is he's not the same coach he was at UCF and Nebraska and has learned.

Money wise we're not in the AAC, recruiting wise we're not either. Publicity and TV games (all) are not like the AAC. Record apparel sales and beer!
