Thank you for purchasing UCF football season tickets. As a season ticket member, you have a significant impact on the lives of our student-athletes and the future of our athletics program.
As we quickly approach the football season, it has become clear that significant changes will need to be made in order to maintain the safety of our student-athletes, staff and fans. We are following the guidance and direction from the state of Florida, Orange County and UCF health and safety professionals. We also are fortunate to be collaborating with Orlando Health and its infectious disease experts. All of those groups have impacted our decisions and helped secure our athletic facilities for the return of fans this fall. As a result, the following policies will be implemented for the 2020 season:
The Bounce House will begin the season at 25% capacity. We hope this percentage can grow at some point this season.
In order to accommodate as many fans as possible, there will be no season tickets for the 2020 season.
Masks will be required at all times within the Bounce House.
Entrance gates, concourses and seating areas have been redesigned with social distancing as a priority.

Your support has been an integral part of the nations’ second longest home winning streak. Because of you, the Bounce House continues to be recognized as one of the 10 toughest stadiums to play in. We couldn't do it without you and we look forward to welcoming everyone back to a sold-out stadium in 2021!
Your 2020 season tickets, will be reserved for you for the 2021 UCF football season. No further action is required.
2020 TICKET OPTIONS
You have paid $xx,xxx.00 towards your 2020 season ticket purchase. That entire amount has been converted to an account credit.
Beginning Xxxxxxxxxxday, September xx, 2020 at 2PM you will be able to login to your UCF Account Manager and select available single game tickets with your account credit. A limited amount of 4-game plans will also be available.

At the conclusion of the seat selection period, we will begin contacting season ticket members with remaining credit. Please be patient as it will take some time to reach out to each of our many devoted members of Knight Nation.
Any unused account credit may be used in the following ways:
Donate all or a portion to the Keep Charging On Fund and guarantee your seats and price for the 2021 season
Apply credit to 2021 season ticket renewal and guarantee your seats and price for the 2021 season
Refund back to Season Ticket Member
Due to capacity restrictions a limited amount 4 game and 2 game plans will be available. Remaining single game tickets will be sold at a premium. Premium seating 4 game plan pricing will not exceed the price you paid for 2020 season tickets in those locations.
COVID-19 has affected all of us. As you most likely already know, we are facing serious financial challenges. Over the last four and a half years, we have built one of America’s fastest and strongest growing brands. We have established ourselves as a top 25 athletics department. We need your support now, more than ever to help continue that momentum into 2021.
These are challenging times but we’re excited about the 2020 season and working hard to bring another championship to the Knight Nation this fall. We can’t wait to get through this pandemic and be back to a packed Bounce House in 2021.
