Classes already started at UCF this week so time is running out on Frost…desperately needs a RB and a WR with proven production at FBS. Very, very unlikely that he will find anything good at this point…serviceable is the best he can hope for.

I think Myles Montgomery is going to be just fine as the main RB next year. RB is the least of my worries when it comes to the offense.
He’s a good RB…that’s it. Huge drop off going from Harvey to him. Swint is a good prospect…UCF will have to lean on those two.
Again…not on Frost…that’s who he has to work with.

thought about that . never know for sure what is going on behind the scenes, it is more likely another program was meddling and offered more money. Really nothing is final till classes start or even further ..the Add/Drop deadline
It was going to be a huge drop off with anybody. A competent passing game should make up for it.
any word on CJ Smith the WR? He was supposed to visit Sunday but I haven’t seen any confirmation that it happened. USF or Memphis for him?
I believe that Frost has done a good job with the portal. UCF had too many holes, not much time to fill positions, limited supply (viable) of players and limited NIL resources.
Memphis got two WR transfers yesterday…I doubt he’s going there. USF got a WR transfer from Tennessee a couple of days ago. Not sure if he ever visited USF, Memphis or UCF.

We had a great running back room last year, but only used significantly one running back. Granted he was a great one. I don’t think that’s the biggest problem in the world for us.

Unfortunately some of these kids listen to the wrong people that don't have their best interests in mind add to the fact they come in with all the hype but want to be handed a spot instead of putting in the work.

Arthur Smiths Dad puts most of that towards basketball. Small fraction for football.

For some people its about the size if the bag. If the bags are equal then they may have picked differently.
don't overestimate money with that decision. memphis runs a very good present day offense, frost is trying to rekindle past glory. memphis' coach can show him numbers right now: over 3500 passing yards a season the past 4 years.
Seldom used WR from UF, with career stats of 19 catches for 270 yrds and 2 TDs. Good size 6' 4", one year left.
