If you’re going to suck, at least suck while attempting to pass the ball. This inept running on every play is like Chinese water torture.
Watch the UCF play clock and ask yourself if Gus is playing to win.
Running’s fine if it’s working and you’re in the game. They’re down multiple scores with limited time left but Gus knows best. Just run run run. Time is endless for him I guess.
I’m not a big player with UCF but he can’t lose more than one more game for the year. Hopefully he does the right thing and retires instead of cashing a check.
The back up is horrible too. They need to go to one of the young kids to start working for next year. Hopefully next year we have a new O scheme

I’m not thinking anything is possible. Just stating what I think needs to happen to keep things going. Do I believe in Gus? No, not anymore. He needed to be a CEO and recruiter. His ego couldn’t handle that and now UCF is an academy team in the P4. Doesn’t seem to be working.

I also told you UCF had less than 30% chance to win this game and predicted losses to TCU and Florida in the preseason.
The idea coaches can’t scheme players open is a fallacy, they absolutely can. Defending the route tree in a Gis playbook is laughable.
