I have a glock 19 that I love and have been considering the 26 for awhile. Also saw the single stack 43 so any thoughts between those 2 would be appreciated.

Un-unifying the Cooler: we need gun control and more transgender friendly bathrooms.

No, it will not make your penis larger.
Buy an M&P Shield and save yourself a hundred bucks.
I can make it simple for you: any polymer pistol from any of the major OEMs these days will be a good pistol. Period.
This is 100% true. Glock, S&W M&P line, Beretta PX line, all of Sigs except that new Army POS, CZ (both the P-07 and P-10). Tons of options out there, all of them will be ridiculously reliable, similar price. Comes down to the configuration you want and what fits your hand/ergonomics.
I thought all bathrooms were now open to everyone... I am so confused..Un-unifying the Cooler: we need gun control and more transgender friendly bathrooms.
He may want to shot at people from an elevated window, Vegas style. Why do you need a scope for your AR? All you'll ever use it for is to spray random strangers. Amirite libs?
The new Canik TP9 SF is surprisingly decent for a Turkish made firearm. They ripped off Walther a lot but it's pretty nice for under $350.
I'm talking a lot to their US distributor at the moment.
apparently primary arms just had a flash sale on blemished optics. just noticed the email this morning and now im pissed. couldve saved over $100

I know he needs the AR in case the deer or the turkeys shoot back
yes they are. holosun used to just contract them out, now they also sell their own designs.I'm about 99% sure PA and Holosun mini red dots are made in the same factory in China.
taking suggestions on optics for an ar15, budget is $300.
whats the battery life on this thing? cant seem to find it anywhere.Have you looked at this one? It's new from Vortex and has a 2-MOA dot which should be just fine. It's only $219 and has some pretty good reviews.
I'm a Vortex fan because they make good optics for the price plus lifetime warranties.

was actually looking at the mro but money is an issue with 2 little kids
Serious question. Do you all use these guns? For hunting? Just to go to the shooting range?
I’m mostly a hunting guy so I pretty much only own bolt action rifles . One pistol for self defense antd a few shotguns just becauseSerious question. Do you all use these guns? For hunting? Just to go to the shooting range?

I shoot all of mine at least once a month. I can do it on my own property, if I couldn't I wouldn't shoot nearly as much. It's fun.
That, and murdering kids
No time for kids with the Muslim extermination.
https://www.smith-wesson.com/firearms/model-sw500-0So, I'm looking to buy three (3) handguns, one for the wife, one for myself, and one as a backup/extra (even "parts bin" if it came to that).
Here's what I'm thinking of ...
Also ...
- Primary purpose: small mammal defense
- Primary purpose is to defend against packs of coyotes (going for our 9lbs dog)
- Secondary purpose is home defense, although our neighbors watch out for each other
- First time owners
- So safety design and hammer/trigger reliability
- Easy of disassembly and maintenance
- Wife's limited grip will define size
- So 9mm very likely, although still open on cartridge
- Open to single stack if necessary
- Parts commonality, ammunition availability
- Not a prepper, but it never hurts
- Something that is common in Alabama-Georgia-Florida
I really think some designs, like the .45 GAP and .357 SIG are cool, and even the Florida Highway Patrol has carried such, but I think we're going to stick with the mainstay.
- Gun safe considerations?
- One for guns in our bedroom
- Possibly another that could store rifles too (in the basement)
I'm also curious how common the Beretta 92 will be, given the US military is rolling off of it. But I'm thinking it's not the best for ergonomics and other aspects.
Serious question. Do you all use these guns? For hunting? Just to go to the shooting range?
I am strictly a range guy. Too scared to shoot Bambi or Thumper but I have done my Hunter Safety Course if I ever need to get a license. I have a CWP but I don’t carry very often. I mainly got it so I didn’t have to wait when purchasing a firearm. Small collection, nothing too fancy:
Springfield M1 Garand (National Match front and rear sights)
Soviet-capture Mauser 98k (with swastikas stamped-out)
S&W M&P Sport II AR-15 (no upgrades, just stock)
Springfield GI .45 ACP
S&W M&P Shield 9mm
S&W .40 (not sure of the model, was given the gun by a buddy who owed me money he couldn’t repay)
Beretta 92D 9mm
Taurus 9mm (carry gun with Clipdraw)
Bersa Thunder .380 (x2, both carry guns with Clipdraws)
Taurus .357 revolver
