Decent against the run, not so much in pass coverage.
He played great in the beginning of the season, but his play tailed off tremendously toward the mid to late season. I believe he was injured for part of that.
Legs was his challenge. Great upper body tackler and leadership skills. He lacked the speed
in order to be a good coverage guy in the middle gaps (TEs and slants) and on one on one coverage.
This is a hard position to recruit. We have had some middle LBs that could cover from sideline to sideline.

Yeah I couldn't say the last time we had a standout LB besides Shaquem post-GOL. Jasinski/Gilyard were decent several years back, but we're stuck in a cycle now of 1 year guys to plug the hole every year which is frustrating.
