They’re back!Lol Miami
Georgia is the ‘new Bama’ .Clemson and Bama go down. Looks like we might finally have a playoff without the usual suspects.
Never underestimate the urge to jump notre dame from unranked to #6 after beating a very overrated clemsonClemson and Bama go down. Looks like we might finally have a playoff without the usual suspects.
Yay! I hope Tennessee and TCU both get in. To at least change the landscape a little bit.Clemson and Bama go down. Looks like we might finally have a playoff without the usual suspects.
Really pulling for TCU to make it!Yay! I hope Tennessee and TCU both get in. To at least change the landscape a little bit.
I feel like they put Tennessee at #1 to set them up to get in even if they lost to Georgia. Now they won't play in the SEC championship and are heavily favored in the 3 remaining games, so should end up with 1 loss. The playoff will have the SEC champion + Tennessee.Yay! I think this might depend on the score (and record of teams) in the SEC title game. I think it is safe to assume Georgia is in. Right now it’s still a three way race with LSU, Ole Miss and, yes, Bama. Still a chance for all three to end up with two loses in conference (and they have a “circular” issue where they all beat each other). Any OOC loss in the case of LSU probably just gets ignored by the Committee because you have an SEC patch on your jersey, and it could be seen as “a quality loss” depending on how 6-3 FSU finishes in its last three games. In that case I don’t know who represents but that is the best way they can put Tennessee in, especially if Georgia drubs the team. If the team from the west ends with only 1 loss in conference and has a really tight game with Georgia, it could make that kind of decision hard to explain, although the Committee doesn’t explain anything and has made many, many assanine decisions in the past.I feel like they put Tennessee at #1 to set them up to get in even if they lost to Georgia.
