Week 12 games…

Only B1G team I’m worried about is OSU. The others are very beatable. The others get exposed. I’m just happy it’s 12 teams. 16 would be better. I’d like a day where all conference champs make it. G5 champs play wild cards first round while P4 get byes.
No team looks unbeatable this year, that being said. Big 12 having their torch bearer at the moment be Colorado that got blow out by Nebraska doesn't inspire confidence.

Big 12 doesn't have an marquee OOC wins, Boise State led Oregon on the road in 4th quarter and required a last second FG to avoid OT. You can say they are getting points for quality loss, but also it seems likely Big 12 champion will have 2 losses vs. 1 Loss Boise State.

Being objective that the conference isn’t good this season isn’t being negative, not every fan is a blind homer about their team and especially their conference
people like you allow the media to say the AAC and MAC are better. The BIG12 is better than the ACC.

Poolside, go back and read some of your post, every one is an EEYORE my team sucks thus everyone else sucks type read to me. 'Being objective'? Meh, not in my opinion. I'm down on UCF football as well, however, I can 'objectively' watch other games and say that the Big 12 does not suck.

I've been watching the games. They've been highly entertaining. I watch pretty much all levels of football. In my opinion this year has offered a great product to watch. At least for me. Does BYU losing one game make me feel like the conference sucks? No. They were predicted to be on the bottom preseason. I like how it is upside down. I also like that Deion Sanders and Colorado are doing great. Just shows any team can do it. Just gotta put the puzzle together and hope the ball bounces your way.

Just my opinion, your mileage may vary.

Go Knights!

All I said in many different ways is Iowa State and BYU have led the Big 12 for over half the season until recently and they don’t pass the eye test as legit Top 10 teams in my opinion. I gave Colorado credit down the stretch and think they may be the only Big12 team that may win a Playoff game. didn’t expect a few to get defensive about the conference and I said the league was stronger in 2023..carry on

I think the Big 12 will do VERY, VERY WELL in its bowl games. Just because there isn't a bellcoe marque team doesn't mean the league as a whole is bad.
What you “know” is irrelevant…you know less than nothing. The only relevant (for now) Lil 12 football program is Colorado…the ONLY one.

Colorado has two top players and Prime. BYU has nobody and ISU has nobody. College football fans don’t wants to see BYU, ISU or any other Lil 12 team other that Colorado. There are no draws in the Big 12 other than Colorado…the TV numbers are abysmal. Those are FACTS.

While I wouldn't go as far as that. Army making the playoffs would be a big deal and would have a lot of people interested in it that would probably not care otherwise. Also marketing Boise State based on their past and pushing for a rematch with Oregon. Both of which would easily be more appealing than Iowa State or Arizona State and possibly BYU.

BYU has a national Brand. International really. LDS all over the World.

They do, but if you are attracting the casual viewer or college football fans in general. Army will garner more attention and possibly Boise State more so than BYU. BYU like Notre Dame has a huge following, but outside of their following no one is jumping on the BYU/Notre Dame bandwagon like they would Army or Boise State. Though BYU certainly would get more attention than Iowa State or Arizona State. Colorado is the only team that will really bring people out for Big12, because they are so polarizing at the moment.

No one would jump on the Notre Dame bandwagon like they would Boise/Army?? lol what? I guess you've never met the tens of millions of Irish people in the country.

As pointed out ND and BYU has a large following, but if you don't ever follow either of those teams you are not jumping on them now if they go to the playoffs. Boise State will have the nostalgic factor and the little guy, people would go nuts to see Army defeat Alabama, Ohio State, ect.

UCF would garner more national attention than Iowa State, Arizona State, and BYU if they were in position for the playoffs as well, of course Malzahn will see to it that never happens

the national attention towards UCF in a 2017/18 12 team Playoff would have been massive. We used to be an entertaining brand.

Why do yall keep engaging in conversation with that f'n troll who constantly belittles UCF and our conference?? I respond to him/it sometimes, but never in a positive fashion.
