OVERRATED: UCF AT NO. 13

Thanks to several teams losing ahead of them this week, the Knights moved up several spots closer to the Top 10 after beating FAU on Friday night with an explosion in the second half. That mark 16 consecutive wins for a program that's not even ranked inside this week's ESPN Football Power Index Top 25. What does that tell you? After watching UCF's first three games, there's two obvious takeaways — McKenzie Milton is one of the best quarterbacks in the country, which we already knew, and the Knights' defense has major issues. It's not a Top 15 caliber unit and will keep the Knights away from knocking on the College Football Playoff's door this fall. No disrespect, because I do feel UCF is the best Group of 5 squad in college football, but this year's Knights look more like a team deserving of a spot at No. 19 or 20.
