I only agree that this 'black'n white' non-sense is getting old. According to #metoo, you either agree to completely believe all the woman says, or you are supporting rapists. It's not that simpel. When you say youve know too many people, do you agree with this then?

With the cooperation of the police agency of a small metropolitan community, 45 consecutive, disposed, false rape allegations covering a 9 year period were studied. These false rape allegations constitute 41% the total forcible rape cases (n = 109) reported during this period.
Women are often put in very compromising situations. The problem is that the root cause and the people causing the compromising situations are not often the same as their alleged attacker/violator, and it ranges from other, self-interested parties to the great number of fiscal incentives in civil cases. And when that is combined with the fact that a false accusation is a crime, increasingly felonies, it's a trap most women cannot escape.
That's the problem. I actually think we should start implementing a grace period where women can recant any accusation, and completely disclose all facts, and we should really limit civil awards as well. But the court system and existing, common law would need to be drastically gutted, and that likely means yet more laws, which is never good.
The system itself is failing women, and part of the problem is that women aren't willing to be forward about what needs to change, including holding each other accountable. This is especially in the case of fiscal incentives in civil trials, which few women want to give up.
The additional fact that it is socially acceptable, even promoted, that women should assault and batter men is also complicating matters. Just because a woman is 1/20th as likely to batter a man than vice-versa, does not justify the number of women who have now equalized men on assault.
There is just so much here that needs to be visited, but until we do, it's only going to get worse as no one can challenge any accusation without being seen as condoning sexual assault. Even other women -- unless you're in one party, of course. As I always say ... until women hold other women account -- starting with Hillary Clinton -- #metoo will not get where it needs to go.
