I sure hope so, with the advent of super leagues and contraction around the corner we can't afford another backward step like we took with the previous staff.
Coach Frost is such a breath of fresh air. It just feels right. So glad we got our coach back. This is where he belongs and I hope he retires here after a very successful second tenure!
I like how he says something like, we are here to have fun. I think on the previous regime it became un-fun for the players. But, just guessing. Losing is not fun. But, when you do lose and have a coach that screams and yells and talks down to players isn't very inspiring. Scott Frost seems to be a motivator and someone that would be fun to play for. But, who knows, I don't, just blabbing.
Some fans might wonder why the video focuses so much on Coach Duvall and UCF's Strength and Conditioning program.
Fact of the matter is S&G plays a much more important role in a Big Dawg conference like the Big XII versus our old AAC days.
