So does this money exist? Have we gotten a better idea of what milestones we need to hit to actually get paid out?

I thought there were caveats about needing to hit thresholds or something but I can’t find the info on what hurdles may exist between us and getting $90mil from all the goofs who rent mini vans and **** up traffic on i4
I know it moves slow and wasn’t an immediate distribution but i can’t be the only one who was left with more questions than we received answers. But I can’t seem to find more info beyond like October
