I was driving to Orlando yesterday from Atlanta. I stopped at a Chik-fil-a in Macon that had an advertisement for Mercer football on its windows. I grieved that Mercer has more attractive uniforms than UCF.

I think the main reason I don't like this one is because the gold helmet with the green facemask reminds me too much of us(i)f.

On a side note, UCF entertained the anthracite helmets but it would raise the uniform costs another $75K.

People were kinda paying attention to you during games 1-3 but now at 0-7, nobody cares about your steamy written diarrhea. You are on post ban until we win a game.

If money was an issue why did they not h ave a "uniform campaign" and ask the donors for money to pay for the uniforms. if teams can sell virtual bowls I would think we could sell alternative uniforms

Great question. This I would blame on GOL. He mentioned early on that he wants to establish a national identity and not change uniforms every year like some schools. I kind of see his point, though I am on the side of whatever motivates the players on this one. I wouldn't mind something more modern.

Might as well. The current administration does everything it can to distance itself from the medieval theme while using a medieval theme.
Doesn't matter what you get will still wear Gold during a "blackout" like we did vs USF in 2013 :/

I see no point because that logic is horseshit. Changing uniforms has not hurt any identity of any university in any way.
Last time I checked...Hawaii is Hawaii and known as Hawaii regardless of shedding and re-accepting the "rainbow" identity.

Naw...more sandy colored. Urine, especially after having a Monster high in vitamin B and Niacin, can be a bright yellow or dark yellow if dehydrated.
The Adidas jerseys actually had a slight yellow to them, more than the current Nike.
