I agree- Francis is a big pussy. He should have told him to his face that his support for abortion is disqualifying to receive Communion and kicked him out of the Vatican.

Hmmm...I guess this is one of those cases of cherry-picking which of your church's doctrines you vow to uphold.

Admittedly, I'm no Catholic, but my understanding of Roman Catholic theology is that the papal infallibility doctrine states that the pope, acting as supreme teacher does not err when he teaches in matters of faith or morals.

I dont claim it as fact, but it wouldn't surprise anybody if true. The guy is 80 years old and obviously in decline. It's OK to recognize that and have it not come with a political connotation. I have no idea what world leaders and scientist are in on what mass conspiracy. As for Pool side, Sorry but Joe has early stage dementia. It is common not only at his age, but even more with people who had the brain Surgeries he has had. Anyone who has dealt with parents or grandparents who go through it can't help but see it in him. We don't need doctors to tell us what is clear with watching him.

The Pope has said previously in no uncertain terms that abortion is murder and this has been the established position of the Catholic Church. It would seem reasonable then for the Pope to require a Catholic, especially a Catholic in a position of immense power, to push for public policy that does not advance the cause of said murder.

But like I said, Francis is a wuss (better?) who thinks that getting a Biden pat on the ass for climate talks is easier than having to engage in a hard discussion on faith and what it requires. Especially when discussing murder.
