I thought UCF was receiving full revenue this year? Or is it Year 3?

We will make more money than we ever have this fiscal year…that’s all that really matters….Bounce House expansion from tax dollars. Charge On!!!
That’s not even what they are using…it’s mostly debt financing.

Just the salaries for the football, basketball, baseball, women’s basket ball and softball personnel is more than $20M silly people. Plus you have all the fringe sports.

You have head coaches, assistant coaches analysts, recruiting staff, support staff, operations staff. Lol.

In the Big 12 the only brand program and a program that has resources is Kansas. Just Kansas.

You guys have to understand that there are two wealthy conferences and the rest. Nobody can compete with the resources of the Big 10 or SEC.

All of the conferences, including the two wealthy ones, will be switching to a tiered revenue distribution system based on “brand” influence and TV raitings. The ACC members already voted for and there’s a plan in place.

You think Alabama and Georgia are going to keep getting the same revenue as Vanderbilt and Missouri? You think Michigan and Ohio State are going to keep getting the same revenue as Maryland and Rutgers?

When it comes to the Big 12…Colorado is currently a huge draw…then Kansas State, Kansas, Utah and BYU. Other than Colorado nobody from the big 12 drew big numbers. Either way…programs like UCF and Cincinnati will be tiered down if their TV numbers don’t drastically improve.

I never see UCF fans talk about TV ratings but that is of absolute importance.

It’s not tv ratings anymore. It’s streaming. That’s why you won’t hear anyone say tv ratings.

If you read the Fuller piece he said that was fiscal year 24 which would be Fall 23 FB and 24 Spring sports. Those #s reflect year one in B12 and SMU last season in AAC.

This years # which gets paid out in July will be very similar for us.
Next July 1 payment will more than double. All you confused college people really need to go back to Grade school and learn to read.

The first $22 mil needs to go to them becoming employees. Then who knows on NIL. Most of the G5 will not cover all of this expense so the P4 will take even more of the top players. Nothing will really change, the P2 will cherry pick, The ACC/B12 will next feed and leftovers fall to G schools.
