Will UCF’s Home Game vs. Colorado Be a Big Noon Kickoff?

What's everyone's experience who has lived in Boulder Colorado and have to play a noon game in Central Florida late September? Those people melt don't they? Advantage UCF methinks. I know when I go up to the ski slopes I can't breath very well. Is it the same the other way around? This time of year I'm use to the heat. By September if drops below 90F that is nice and cool weather. :p (sarcasm intended).

That's what we thought about the Missouri game years ago as it was a noon kick-off. They still wooped us in our backyard during the 2nd half in the heat and humidity.

Noon games suck anytime of year, but especially in September when it's 100 degrees with 90% humidity. Can't wait to cook in the sun for 4 hours until I get heat exhaustion. Good times!

Of course, Colorado hits an all-time Hail Mary as time expires, then wins in OT with Hunter forcing a fumble as the back crosses the goal line.

Colorado is getting every headline tweet on the internet. Perhaps your are right, maybe Fox follows them next Saturday. They built some momentum up in the last thirty minutes.

It won’t be because of UCF, who National TV largely overlooks/ignores.

This is sadly true. UCF got more national love in the AAC.

Looking at long range weather forecast, calling for a High of 87F. High chance of rain. Possible Hurricane to the West of the State if not already to the North into the panhandle. Gonna be an interested week with that storm in the Gulf spinning up!

I checked the weather while watching last night's colorado great comeback OT win. It was in the Mid-50s. No humidity.

Let's hope it's a High Noon game!

Open slots still available this morning:

NOON ESPN
3:30 pm FOX

It will be one of those 2...with Colorado pulling off that Hail Mary then OT miracle.

3:30 is even hotter than Noon. Add an afternoon shower for added humidity... LOL. I hate to say Weather will help UCF in this game, but Weather will help UCF in this game. Knock on wood.

How exciting though! UCF is gonna get swooped up in Colorado hype this upcoming week. Glad we are at 3-0 and 1-0 in conference. Some fun games coming up here on out! I enjoyed the bye week and watched a ton of other games yesterday.

I think they announce kick off time today, along with Polls coming out.

Gonna be epic. I was there for the ESPN Gameday in 2018. That was epic. I've never watched the Fox version before but I'm sure it is very similar.

I'm sure more details to follow. But, the show starts at 10am. We were there back in 2018 about 8am and it was already packed. Gonna have to plan this day somewhat...Have an air conditioning spot can hang out in between the show and game.

Good call Nostradamus! Looks like the hurricane will be out of the area by then, however if it bumps east it may cause some damage and/or disrupt infrastructure in the area. Hopefully all is well

Somewhat similar. It’s not as formal and seemingly not as organized but they have fun. Ingram usually gets involved with crowds. It will be good and thank God we got into B12. Only way we get this reward right now.
