I was offered a position at a Chinese owned startup and it's a pretty nice offer but have some hesitations.
Wondering if anyone has worked for a Chinese firm and what was your experience? Was their a culture conflict?
I have a good friend who said the Chinese work 24/7 and while I work hard I do want a personal life. I want to be able to be let down by UCF in my own time.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
