WOT - Looking for a place to stay in Miami for 3 weeks - cheap

This is way off topic but I'm looking for suggestions. My 25 y/o son got a job working the ATP Miami Open in Key Biscayne from March 11th through the 31st. Problem is it doesn't include any place to stay. He's looking at airbnb or couch surfing somewhere relatively close without breaking the bank.

Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated.
