With Pitt and UCF renewing our series, it got me thinking:
Assuming the Big Ten and SEC eventually grab Clemson, FSU, and UNC from the ACC once they reach an agreement, what four teams would the Big 12 want to poach the most? A few thoughts from a fan of an ACC school:
• Louisville, Pitt, and Virginia Tech would all provide traveling partners to the Big 12’s east coast schools and bring historic rivalries in-house
• Miami could develop a fun rivalry with the Knights should they not receive an invitation to the P2
• Would the Big 12 consider the ACC’s private basketball schools (Duke, Cuse) or west coast schools (Cal, Stanford)?
