UCF football has the worst, or near the very worst, roster and staff in all of the power conference teams. There’s NO working around that. The limited resources UCF has are getting WASTED on the wrong things.
The college football landscape is fast changing. Programs that are aware (have leadership) are doing everything to win now to get TV ratings up. Your incompetent AD is going into huge debt to add seats (ZERO demand for it) and build a useless lazy river. Total of $80M. ITS SOOOOOO STUPID.
Two losing seasons in a row and Mohajir hires a guy that has a five season losing streak and gives him little resources for staff and NIL. Mohajir kills Kingdom NIL and starts an athletic fund where he can distribute money at his will (construction). Last two Big 12 games UCF drew 300K and 250K. No Colorado or Florida on the schedule this year and another year of poor product will kill TV ratings even more.

Tiered revenue sharing is coming to all the conferences and teams like UCF, Cincinnati and similar will get tiered down and receive a small fraction of the revenue coming to teams that get views in the conference (Colorado).
