I’ve seen a few exhibition scores. Teams are struggling against real bad teams. Thus is actually good that they got whooped. They will try harder in practice. At least that’s my theory.
I remember years back when a highly ranked Syracuse team lost to Lemoyne in an exhibition game. Could be the same thing. The one good thing is there will be no complacency.
