Pennsylvania didn't change it's laws regarding ballot counting---Georgia and North Carolina have.
And if either candidate initiates hand counts and all that other crap, we won't find out tomorrow night.
The Georgia state election board voted to initiate hand-counting in the November election even though there was nothing in Georgia law that allowed it. However, the board's action was taken to court and a Georgia judge paused the new rule from taking effect saying it was too close to Election Day.
So there is nothing that will delay a Tuesday night announcement of Georgia's winner. Same with North Carolina.

This election is not nearly as close as the MSM would have us believe. Harris will be announced as our 47th President tonight. That said, the number of Americans still voting for Trump is a national embarrassment.
To be fair to Chud voters, if our AG Merritt Garland was worth a sh*t, Trump would have been charged and convicted for his role in January 6th long before the 2024 election.
