The Georgia state election board voted to initiate hand-counting in the November election even though there was nothing in Georgia law that allowed it. However, the board's action was taken to court and a Georgia judge paused the new rule from taking effect saying it was too close to Election Day.And if either candidate initiates hand counts and all that other crap, we won't find out tomorrow night.
