Ann Coulter: Trump is 'Wimpiest Prez' in History

Also, DACA was headed to a shredding by SCOTUS given that Obama's action in 2012 was unconstitutional by almost every measure. He didn't like what Congress was doing so he usurped power not granted to the Executive and set his own immigration law. So while ya'll cheer this over and over, I'm just making a mental note for the next time you guys go into hysterics about Trump "abusing power"
I seriously doubt that since the Courts keep going out of their way to protect the DACA kids from the current administration.

I was going to add to that post that this wasn't a debate on EO bc I knew you would dig that up to tangent in that direction. I bet even Kavanaugh would rule to protect them.

The reason the EO on DACA was done is bc we have assholes like Ted Cruz working in the Senate who have zero intention to Govern or compromise ever. Do I like a President using EOs? not really but Obama in that case was using it to protect a vulnerable group in our society after knowing the Republicans would never agree on any Immigration Reform over 8 years. Using that power for empathy is a little different than it's being used by Trump.

UCF has one of the highest numbers of DACA kids in the nation, I find it interesting how you and so many others post on a UCF board are ok using these students as pawns. I guess if you don't put a face to it no one cares.

Nice post, PK! When it comes to a real decision versus the current limbo, it's all about common sense. These people have lived the vast majority of their lives in the United States -- its the only home they've ever know. But our Government would take them away and dump them in a foreign land? Really?

Of course I never would have imagined our Government would separate families either so what do I know?

the dems should ask for them to have a process to become full citizens in exchange for the money for a wall. that seems like a good compromise. almost like its something trump has offered in the past...
