We get Cincy at home, but travel to Memphis.
Memphis gets us at home, but travels to Cincy.

Not only is the schedule balanced, from my view the teams strengths are balanced too.
Cincy has the defense to win games with a mediocre offense.
Memphis has the offense to win games with a mediocre defense.
UCF is more balanced than Cincy or Memphis.
