Imagine that. As soon as it isn't politically expedient, we return to science (or something loosely resembling it)

Two years in, now we finally come clean? What a scam. 132 kids ‘with’ covid at Brevard Health daycare gets portrayed as 99.3% pandemic of unvaccinated 💰🤦‍♀️

So changing how we count covid hospitalizations, no tracking of infections, etc. This automatically disappears prior to the State of Union.

Yeah not a political scam at all with covid.
All should have been done in the summer of 2020. By then it was everywhere so what's the point of tracking the spread?

LOL. FYI confirmed ZERO pediatric COVID in-patients of those 133 BTW.

If it makes you feel better, they are mostly 70 and 80 year olds.

Any idea what the actual vax status is of those 70 and 80 year olds? Obviously it's a small sample size, but that makes it a pretty easy comparison.

Why should we not treat covid as well as we do inflation. Coviphobia not allowed.

You guys are terrible at math. With previous variants the odds of having a condition requiring hospitalization that was unaffected by an active Covid infection was at the “noise” level. Certainly there were cases of this, but the impact to overall numbers and planning was minimal. With Omnicron, nearly everyone will catch it and it’s impacts are much milder. So the instances of hospitalization with a condition that is unaffected by an active Covid infection is much greater. After all the numbers are never exact. They are used for planning and trend purposes.

Only that of the entire sample 132/133 were classified as "unvaxed" per the public data (Feb 1st). My assumption is that unvaxxed would include people who are not boosted and 6 months out from their 2nd dose.

Other people have been ridiculing them in social media for the "pandemic of the unvaccinated" propaganda. I personally think these numbers are outright fraudulent under any definition of vaccinated versus unvaccinated.

This is an example of another overzealous hospital admin thinking they are helping people, when all they are actually doing is promoting mass hysteria and anti-science. OK guys, I've wasted enough time on this. @Boosted87 I feel I have given you enough pointers to do some further research on this. I will post some follow up links to data scientists and other concerned citizens so you and others can make educated decisions on risk v. reward

I get a real kick out of the left finally coming to realize the truth about the things that people on the right knew 18 months ago.

A hospital system publicly changing their methodology to better adapt to current conditions is...evidence of propaganda?

The article lays it out pretty clearly. During the Delta wave, "incidental" COVID cases made up less than 10% of total cases and Omicron completely turned that on it's head. This article is from Jan 13th. It looks like new cases peaked in Colorado right around that time and didn't start to climb until the end of December.

So basically, within 3 weeks of Omicron hitting, they performed a chart audit and revised how they report data to better reflect the difference between the waves. According to you, this is an example of an "overzealous hospital admin."

If anything, you should be praising said hospital admin and arguing that data from HealthFirst (or elsewhere) has 3x inflated case counts if they haven't made similar adjustments.

I pointed out that article because they are being realistic about "for" covid versus "with" covid. Many of the hospital admins and clinicians are still useful idiots for pandemic of the unvaccinated propaganda campaign. They cannot let out any "bad news" without some "good news" to go along with it. I've seen this before by others hynotized as well.

Unfortunately , the transparency isn't there to hold their feet to the fire, like it is at the state level I pointed you to, along with Canada, UK, Israel and other countries  If you want to keep handwaving over the fallacies in the data I already pointed out,Here is another one for you - since we don't yet track "for" covid versus "with" covid, the unvaccinated are oversampled in the hospital census to convert them to unvaccinated covid cases

IT

Stands for "Information Technology," and is pronounced "I.T." It refers to anything related to computing technology, such as networking, hardware, software, the Internet, or the people that work with these technologies. Many companies now have IT departments for managing the computers, networks, and other technical areas of their businesses. IT jobs include computer programming, network administration, computer engineering, Web development, technical support, and many other related occupations. Since we live in the "information age," information technology has become a part of our everyday lives. That means the term "IT," already highly overused, is here to stay.

Explain your over-sampling argument.

If we're counting everyone with a positive test as "COVID" that would include vaccinated COVID positive patients as well. If anything, wouldn't that have the opposite effect?

Assume 10% of the community has a currently active infection with 60% general pop vaccination rates. That means you'd expect 10% of your non-COVID patients to test positive. Let's assume the community is 60% vaccinated and you have 1,000 patients.

OK - so that's 100 "with COVID" patients you inflated your data with. Except 60 of them are vaccinated and 40 of them aren't. Imagine you have 100 legit COVID inpatients with a reasonable (i'd argue) 80% of them being unvaccinated.

Reporting legit "COVID" cases: 100 inpatients 80% unvaxxed
Reporting that includes "with COVID" cases added in: 200 inpatients, 60% unvaxxed.

So wouldn't the net effect of this methodology lower the "unvaxxed" % that you report?

Do offer any value to a conversation? I'll answer....no
Once again. In the history of the WC, you NEVER have added anything to ANY CONVERSATION. Your lack of intelligence is at Amoeba levels. Now we just discredit you and describe you for what you are. A pathetic, Biden, obsessed loser who’s the leader of the 16 hour a day circlejerk with your boyfriend @Crazyhole

But if he was vaccinated he'd be smart. It really is that simple to you, isn't it?

OMG. I knew it - conspiracy just busted wide open!

I bet 900,000 people haven’t even died from COVID, Alex Berenson told me it’s more like 30,000.

Most of those 900,000 were just a bunch of old people who were going to die at any moment. Who cares if they lived another year or two, really? And the vaccine didn't work, so even though the stats say 98-99% of those who are dying right now are unvaxxed, well that just proves my point. The vaccine didn't work 100% of the time so we've been lied to by big pharma. You want to tell me otherwise? Really? Everyone in the medical community is in on it.

And anyhow, pool cleaner @goodknightfl told everyone that we are nowhere near close to 98-99% of people unvaxxed dying at this point. He said it's more in the 50s. I remember reading all of the sources he cited when we asked him that he produced immediately. He didn't run away from this like boston and Melvin typically do. Bravo!

I was thinking the other day about how people who quote themselves must be very lonely and insecure. I don’t know why.

Meanwhile, polling carried out this month by Savanta ComRes also suggests the average Briton doesn’t realise the extent to which coronavirus mainly targets the old. This polling suggests the median Brit thinks the average age of death from Covid is 65. In fact, though, that number is currently 82.4. And that’s in a country where the average life expectancy is 81
But let's force masks on 4 year olds all day. Let's have a 5 year old get a vaccine that nearly has a zero percent chance of death.

Yup...they need a narrative switch. Magically there will be no mask requirements now as we get closer to midterms. They look foolish no wearing masks and requiring them.

The at home covid test will help the scam disappear.

Lol. Right on cue.
