Wow - gold up 1.7%, Oil down 5% more. Gold should be trading at $600/oz given the historic ratio and how much production capacity has been pulled forward with ez money.

Something about to hit the fan, and my guess is high yield market gonna shit the bed along with some portion of the $500 trillion of derivatives blowing up in the process. Lot of those commodity producers should be going belly up now that they can't get loans anymore or increase their stock float.

I actually like oil at $25/barrel a lot more than gold right now. QE4 will be here before the Presidential election. You heard it here first. Eventually, we'll have inflation after deflation has run its course - (assuming companies are allowed to go belly up).

None of the numbers make any sense. We had 2% gdp growth in q3 with 5.7% inflation. That's a pretty severe recession. Treasuries yields inverted on Friday, which has always been the sign of recession. And yet regardless of those obvious signs and what people can see with their own eyes, the DJI hit an all-time high today. It's truly amazing how much they've been able to inflate this asset bubble without it popping.

Since this gem SPX is up 2% and gold is down 2.65%. For a net loss of 4.65% following BKs advice. Not bad for a 12 day span.
