I didn't think about that scenario, but Texas being in improves UCF's bowl projection.

I don't think UCF gets a New Year's Day bowl out Texas going to the CFP. But maybe UCF moves up to the Texas Bowl because the Malzahn brand of football is so highly regarded and loved.
