My guess is he is bringing several coaches on the Boise staff with him.

No previous coaching experience required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Azz kissing & driver's license required. Duties will include coordination of all phases of the defense, coaching a defensive position group, being responsible for a recruiting area, game day management and being a designated driver for the Head Coach.
