Im wondering if there is a reason he’s waiting? SAT scores to come back or just wants to make right decision. I assume where he wants to go he has told them so they don’t move on to another player.

If he took official visits during the summer, then he has gotten his test scores back.

I think the NCAA waived the test scores for all signees during COVID.

UCF's admissions office may have additional requirements, but most schools use initial eligibility as the baseline admission requirements for signees.

I’m sure this might be an issue for some but it looks like Holmes has a 3.3 GPA and an offer from Vanderbilt so I’m gonna assume grades aren’t an issue in this case.

I assumed/hoped he had signed on ESD and planned to announce on Christmas. If he hasn't signed, he will become a hot commodity by February.

Holmes will be the Class of 2023 version of Jack Pyburn.

I wasn’t saying it was grades or waiting on a qualifying score, i was asking if a possibility. Grade’s definitely not as that school grades on a huge curve. Average SAT score is 855. Having an offer or even signing your LOI dies not guarantee you admission. Maybe a school like Vandy said we’d give you a scholarship if you brought score up to 1200 and he’s waiting on results? Having a 3.3 doesn’t guarantee you of getting into a University.
