I disagree, these protest have been planned from the minute Trump won election. He could have worded it different, Included only 2 or 3 countries, made it for 45 days it would not have mattered.
bullshit. He only had to make sure citizens and LPR weren't going to be affected. Specify extra requirements for student visa holders, visitors and refugees.
Notify people to go to the US embassy in their country for further screening. People already flying or with plane tickets for the next couple of days get additional screening when they land. BTW, children <10 may be exempt.

The United States is the largest melting pot country in the world. Our entire country is defined by our diversity. Unfortunately, there are a large number of Americans who believe we are simply a white, Christian, nation and everyone who immigrates here should assimilate their ideals.

There's a problem with forced Diversity for the sake of Diversity.
There's a problem with lack of Diversity due to institutional racism or discrimination.
The solution is that the cream of the crop will rise based on their own merit regardless of their race, gender, religion, etc. If you think this doesn't happen due to institutional racism, shouldn't the action be to correct that? How does imposing Diversity for the sake of Diversity fix the underlying issue?
The fundamental precept of our society is that man enjoys certain inalienable rights endowed to us by our Creator. Like it or not, we are a Christian nation. Jon Stewart was legitimately funny when not talking politics. Hell, he was even good when being partisan some of the time. He got worse as time went on, but still had his moments even towards the end.
Sam Bee has great delivery and the way they edit the show makes her points show more. Her content is terrible, but her show is far superior to the Daily Show.
Noah is just terrible. For all the money they pump into that show, he comes off like a wet towel. Comedy Central should really consider bringing someone else in to replace him.
