Holy cow! Check out our new walk on kicker? Kick offs through the end zone, nearly 70 yard punts, fast as lightening, can throw and tackle. Says he's hit FGs from 70. Defenses better stay in safe mode.

Yikes! I don't know the relevance to kicking and punting, but that's an insanely quick to rub one out.

Is anyone else creeped out that this is something their measuring recruits for now?

Some (the best) I believe end up on scholarships.
I think this is a common practice in college football. Kicking is such a mental skill and you never know how kicking through 23 foot wide goal posts in front of a 1000 fans will translate to kicking through 18 foot wide goal posts in front of broadcast audiences in the millions.

Agree...as all of them can "kick" (FG Kickers and Punters) but to do so in a game...on national TV, not all, or even the majority, can do it well (hence why most teams have soooo many kickers in their program, most not on scholarships).

His Highlight video is unreal……He's the fastest guy on the field…And he kicks touchbacks going 10 yards out of the end zone….Insane for high school

LMAO at the nickname. I hope he lives up to the hype, though. We've had some great kickers at UCF. I hope Delahaye turns out to be the best ever!

Like as a diversion? I'm not getting it. Seems there would be an NCAA rule against doing something like that. They'd certainly have to dump the footage during a live TV broadcast.

There is a highlight of him running on a fake punt and he's the fastest guy on the field. I'm sure that we could use that. Plus check out his protection in place kicks, it's poor.

When my son was being recruited back on 2006, a UCF assistant told him that GOL does not give scholarships to kickers and punters right out of high school. He makes them walk on, and gives a scholarship to whomever wins the job.

You obviously are not married. If this were a measure of athletic ability I would be an all American by now.
