Oklahoma has only 1 win against a 7+ win team, 0 of those being P5.
UCF has 4 of those, 1 being against a P5 (divisional champ).
Ohio State has similar to UCF (3 and 1), so they should be ahead of Oklahoma.
So put Oklahoma at #10, and move #10-#7 up one to #9-6.
