I can't watch that replay of Killings run enough. That was a thing of beauty. I love it!

That was a statement play. It was like the announcer saying "They have a clown car full of talent" and Killins' run was the exclamation point.

Interesting #24 Tito Windham for Memphis ran by far the fastest 100 meters (10.54) in Mississippi while in High school in 2014. Been timed at 4.32 and 4.37 in the forty. I think Killins said that he himself once ran a 4.31.
#2 chasing Killins is pretty fast too. He was smoked.
Neither DBs could catch him. Memphis has some quality players, but we destroyed them.

We never had this type of run before the statue.
You can see the defensive backs (who are very fast) chasing him. They were trying so hard to chase him that they didn't even think of leaping to tackle him(or they could not leap to tackle him)!
I'm starting to like the statue now. It's nostalgic. Adds some character to the stadium.

Why did they bother? Hadn't the scouted him to know it was a lost cause as soon as he juked around their linebacker. Three guys running full speed for 100 yds finished them off stamina-wise for the remainder of the game.You can see the defensive backs (who are very fast) chasing him.
