But there is a huge difference here. HRC destroyed subpoena'd hardware and e-mails which is a felony and obstruction of justice which is also a felony...prison time. Simply destroying Blackberries is a felony because it's government property much less part of an investigation.

one difference is that whatsapp is at least encrypted. it might not be gov level encryption but it is still more secure than hillarys server.
