- Apple has improved greatly, to a "B-"
- Dell and HP are a "C+"
- Among the Japanese and Koreans, Sony and LG, respectively, match up with Google and Acer, for a "D+", while Samsung is virtually failing at a "D-/F+"
- Among the Chinese-Taiwanese, Lenovo matches Microsoft with a "C-", Huawei and Asus are a solid "D," and everyone else from China-Taiwan, along with Amazon, are a "F"
