Because anyone can report in to it, how is the FDA effectively monitoring side effects from the vaccines? And if they aren't, how can people be given informed consent? Do doctors even know the risks of the vaccines outside of what the pharmaceutical companies tell them?

This isn't a question on whether the vaccines work or don't work, it's a legal question about how our government works.

Oh it's even worse than that. CDC loves VAERS the way it is. They intentionally obfuscate vaccine injuries by hiding behind "inaccurate" and "unverifiable" data. We just printed $10T dollars and can't get this fixed? Come on. I"m calling BS.

The sad truth is that MD's are discouraged from reporting to VAERS. The cognitive dissonance , denial and mass hysteria is being reported by dozens of whistleblowers, most recently by the Project Veritas . The data is grossly under reported, and CDC likes it that way.

This is going to backfire badly.

VEARS is useless because 2 out of 3 doctor's offices refuse to ever enter anything into it, and 5 out of 6 never did in the first 4 months of vaccines being available. That's not my words ...

But those of the US NIH!

That's why US decisions at the CDC and FDA are based on the data coming out of the UK NHS and Israel's national HMO system ... not our own, CDC system.
