Illegal Immigrants Jump Fence During MSNBC Report on Border Wall

I find it hilarious you tried to pawn yourself off as a Libertarian.

I find it hilarious you are against the basic enforcement of Federal law.

I find it hilarious that you evidently have a blind obedience to Federal Law and derive your morals from the government. And remember don't start shit, you are ruining the board.

If a law is unjust, a man is not only right to disobey it, he is obligated to do so.

Fake news. I am sure that they will be upstanding members of the US, not be a drain on federal resources and steer clear of any criminal activity.

Wait, enforcing borders is unjust? I'm not a proponent of the wall, but what's the point of having borders at all if they're not enforced?

I didn't say that specific law was unjust, it was a general response to 85's "but you respect Federal Law" comment. I'm sure some people have an argument as to why border law is unjust though.

Everyone on Earth should be able to move to Europe and the US. They don't want to live in their shitty countries and we shouldn't force them. Anyone that doesn't open up their empty rooms and couches are white supremacists.

So disagreeing with your dumbass is now going to be met by you crying that I’m ruining the board? Quite the deflection technique there.

Just so I am clear- you view the actual presence of borders that require defending to be “immoral”?

I literally already answered this exact question. Learn to read. How about you answer mine instead of deflecting as you always do: you actually think the government establishes morals?

I was just poking at you. You posted or implied that you worked on an aircraft carrier and that you and your co-workers always called each other retarded.

Ah gotcha, sorry no I def don't work on an aircraft carrier. The "retard" comments come from flying, specifically when you are being instructed or instructing someone you tend to hammer the point home, because fuking up at ground speed 0 is not the same as fuking up at multiple miles per minute in a military aircraft. Not to mention there is not a whole lot of room for error to begin with and not a very politically correct environment at 40,000 feet.

What "law" is unjust?

I find both the left and right over-simplify the problem. To me, it's obvious.

The main reason we -- let alone other nations with far, far more strict laws of immigration (including Germany and Sweden) -- have quotas and other processes, is to prevent the entire world from taking advantage of the public entitlements of the nation.

But if we didn't provide any public entitlements at all to non-legal residents, then we wouldn't need quotas or other processes. I have no problem with immigration at all. I have no problem with people wanting to better themselves.

What I have a problem with are businesses trying to skirt the laws, and hire people for less than they are worth, and without any benefits. And I have the same problem with non-legal residents taking advantage of public entitlements.

Which then feeds into the whole issue of organized crime, and how we're fighting the wrong battles. It's not the undocumented resident, it's the entire system built around that. I honestly hate how the US media -- on all sides -- makes it seem like a simple issue.

In Germany, this is a crime -- unless you are granted refugee status. At one point in 2016, Germany had nearly 1 million "illegal immigrants" (their legal term) in jails and, due to the overflow, interment camps.

This is part of the on-going litigation between the EU, Romania, Hungary, the Czech Republic and others. When Germany denies refugee status, those nations are often "stuck dealing with the problem."

Other countries don't reward "bad behavior," not because people are "against immigration," but because of all the problems that come with it. Drug, gun and human trafficking are all inter-related. France and, now, Belgium have gone full-up militant, and Sweden has been introducing similar laws too.

But the US has been promoting the problem further, to its own detriment.
