Our secondary is playing 10-15 yards off the receiver gets the ball within 5 yards and the corner is still 3 yards away

Gus has now had close to three years to prove what a great coach he is. He failed. He keeps getting these retread quarterbacks who nobody else wants and thinking they’re going to lead us to glory. His offensive gameplay belongs in the 1980s. As long as he continues to be the offense, and picking the starting quarterback, we will never get above .500 in this league.
i will say this though, if we win this game it will be like when i use to watch plucky little ucf play teams like syracuse at the citrus bowl and give them the business in the first half and then run out of steam in the 2nd half and choke it away. for us to become that kind of team would be interesting.
Not sure why you’ve even bothered to ask that. Multiple games over the last two years have shown he doesn’t understand what the game clock is.
I really would like to know who is wrong here, the refs or Gus for the subs and the playclock not restarting
