I thought the punter did a pretty good job. I would move #6 up to #1. GoL the AD should fire GoL the coach, and then GoL the AD should step down.
Agree with your points. I'll add the long snapper...the snaps looked like Danny Wuerfel throwing the ball, lots of arch and a couple barely got to the punter, who did a great job yesterday BTW. Let's revisit this about week 8 or so, when we're a little bit into conference play and emotion is less in the equation. This team has to find chemistry both on the field and with the coaching staff. The team has to find leaders/leadership. When starting a QB for full seasons the worst record we have had is 8-5. We're also 42-7 in conference play as well. I think this is pretty impressive considering only three times under O'Leary have we had a guy start two seasons in a row (Moffett, Bortles and now Holman). People bagged on Taffe but the guy was money. From 2009-2014 we compiled a 55-24 record, 2 1/3 conference titles and a BCS Bowl victory. I think he is going to be missed more than we like to think.
2006 (4-8), 2008 (4-8), and 2011 (5-7) are examples of what happens when we can't settle on a QB and end up playing two or more. I hope this team starts to find it's identity over the next three games.
It will be decided by (1) TV footprint potential (2) facilities (3) attendance (4) T-shirt sales potential. They really won't care (much) what your 20015 record is - unless your fans abandon you and you play the whole year in an empty home stadium.
Southern Miss still hasn't recovered from that.

I gave this some thought. If universities have SGAs to include students in important decisions then why not have a committee of super fans engaged in important athletic decisions? This could be revolutionary.

I'm bumping this bc I tired of people still questioning what caused this bad season. It's not one thing. It's a list of things. I and others listed them. So stop asking why, and just refer to this preseason thread.

The only thing not predicted that I believe hurt us the most was injuries. But that could have been #10 "we're due". Wait a second... Did you curse us?
How do you see 2016 honors? I really enjoyed this list! (In a depressing kind of way)
My regular season prediction for this year is 8-4. I should also note I'm dyslexic.

Do a read through here. Kevin Reese was the only person who published information about UCF athletics for years maybe decades. Way before Orlando Sentinel and Brandon. UCFWIW I used to hang out with Brando and the Orlando Sentinel beat reporters at practices too.

This is my second account. My other one started in 08 or so. I think I read a few of them. UCF Prof is in some of the older posts. I’m thinking he had to of passed away.
I’m pretty sure. He hasn’t been here in a couple years or so. He usually posted every couple weeks.
Pretty sure I saw a UCF Prof here this year. People commented he was back from the dead.
I looked up one account with that name and he had a few posts in March. Not sure if it was the same guy.
I think the patch was 2013. Was actually a good year. Need to bring the patch back.
Everyone is so down on the patch. I think I'll dig mine out and start wearing it again. I thought I bought it at Smoothie King on University, but maybe I just looked at them there one time.
If so, I forgot that, but they definitely also sold them in a lot of places around town. I remember seeing them hanging on a rack while I was waiting for my smoothie.
Either way I've got one here somewhere, and I think it should come back out.
The one they gave with season tix came with a lanyard. I think it got you perks if worn or something. I may not be remembering right though. Was 10 years ago.
