If the anti-vaxx/horse paste crowd has such an incredible immune system and robust level of fitness to not require a vaccine, why then do they even need to ingest unproven dewormers or go running for other drug cocktails when they get COVID?

When asked during Q&A about invermectin, he shook his head and said not only was the drug scientifically-proven to be a bogus 'cure,' it could be deadly when taken by humans.
