Because generally speaking a higher percentage are poor and they don't have the tools financially or the support emotionally that I had. They haven't seen their parents find success and their parents never saw their own parents find success so many don't know what it looks like.

If you want to know what black culture is, Google it. You're not getting me to make generalizations on a race of people. The point is that no paths to successful and meaning careers were made available to the black community for hundreds of years due historically to the progression of salvery, inequality, and racism. This has largely ended recently but the impact is still there.
Now if people suggest investing in black communities to try to correct what is wrong you get called a socialist.
It can be solved through education and job opportunities and community investment. I want everyone to have what I was fortunate to have and that's opportunity to be successful even when you factor in all the times I've messed up and been given second chances.

France is arguably the most socialist country in Europe and yet there are tons and tons of poor slums and ghettos, all of which are mainly populated by black immigrants and Muslims. Their socialist welfare state did virtually nothing to make things even for people living there. Not at all.
And in the process, their policies made France less competitive worldwide, less influential, and ultimately less wealthy.
So you admit the problems plaguing the black community aren't from an internal source (genetics), so therefore (stay with me here, this is the spoon feeding part) it must be from an external source. Such as:
-Centuries of slavery
-Codified laws designed specifically to disenfranchise them
-An entire region of the country with deeply held disgusting views that are still to this day occurring

Not really. Black people have endured centuries of slavery in many countries, not just this one. They have codified laws that benefit them in Nigeria but the situation for the populae is actually worse. Regarding the region of the country part, i guess you'll have to spoonfeed me a little more. Are blacks in Chicago doing better than blacks in Mississippi? One area is much more liberal than the other, but it seems that both have the same struggles. Educate me on why that is?
