You can look at any UF class over the last 4 years and say that UCF can’t compete with it too. But I guess it’s important to win the battle for stars when you aren’t winning hardware. Miami’s what, 1 - 10 in bowls over the last 15 years? But you get 4 stars so it’s all good, right?

And look at the weapons Alabama, Auburn, LSU, and Texas A&M already have.....Arkansas can't compete with that.

Arkansas has shown with a decent coach they can compete - Nutt won the SEC West twice and Petrino had two double-digit win seasons and went to a Sugar Bowl. Of course Chad Morris was just an awful coach no matter what program he's at.

It was only between us and Arkansas. Georgia and UM didn’t want him. Anticlimactic with us announcing our 2nd target committing a few days ago. He should have announced a week or 2 ago when more people cared.
Probably gave our coaches a heads up because he's more concerned with his reputation with them than getting more attention. When they found out they gave Rizk the green light.
I think for many of these boys who have a chance to leave their hometown for the first time, anything looks spectacular.

Actually I was surprised at how beautiful the Ozarks in Arkansas were. I'd take Arkansas all day and twice on Sunday.

Agree, add to that the girls in Nebraska have 3 or 4 more layers of clothing on and it is a no brainer.
Northwest Arkansas is actually very nice, the rest of the state is what gives it a bad reputation. Lots of money being invested into the area thanks to Walmart and Tyson among others. A lot of comparisons to a smaller version of Austin with all the Californians and Texans moving in. Not everyone is enjoying that though lol
I have driven through Arkansas on 40 and Nebraska too. I noticed Arkansas features the world's largest adult stores where as Nebraska not so much. The Ozarks are very pretty ,Nebraska has a beauty but it's subtle . College kids will appreciate the excess availability of nudie bars and porn stores in Arkansas. I think overall Arkansas has an edge .I hope to one day paddle the Buffalo River there .
