I don't really think its about the decency. The guy has actual mental issues. I literally can not even fathom being the president of the united states of america: the single most powerful person in the history of the universe, with hundreds of millions of people under my care, and being worried about the college grades of a dead senator.

This isn't about decorum or decency, this is 100% mental instability.
