Michigan ahead of UCF? WTF!!

Why is anyone surprised? The system is made to keep G5’s out of the process. They have to ensure the money and access are kept to themselves. Michigan ahead of UCF ensures that

A quality loss.

Ucf trounced USF but USF hasn't played anybody good and beaten them.

And, injuries didn't factor into rankings previously, but now I guess they do.

Let’s see if they put a 2 loss Michigan in over UCF. Let’s see if we jump them with a win even if the 3 scenarios don’t happen

After thinking about it, Michigan ahead of us at 7 isn't as bad as it first looks. Even if we do get the dream scenario of all 3 teams ahead of us losing, there is no freakin' way the cartel could juggle Michigan back to 4.

If it were to happen, UCF would become an instant martyr and celebrity. It will catapult us into the national conversation for years to come.

Ding, Ding, Ding!!!!

Do you think the committee cares? Putting Michigan in front of UCF is a sign that UCF is not getting into the playoff and they would put another 2 loss team in.

It's time to go the Congressional Inquiry and/or lawsuit. The nonsense needs to stop. Congress is good at taking other people's money and until the P5 feels the pinch in the pocketbooks, they're not going to see the need to change.

I have to see it happen first. Michigan is not in. There’s one more weekend. Unfortunately, we may never know

Yea...bogus to have Michigan ahead of us...but in the end it doesn't matter.

If UCF beats Memphis, we jump ahead of them and the chaos scenario is still in play.

They have 2 of those quality losses to good teams but did they come close to passing anyone's eye test this week?

It's not gonna happen and this is coming from someone that has really believed you guys had a legit chance. The Michigan in the 7th spot is a barrier that the committee installed to keep UCF from rising any higher. It is complete and utter BS. If the committee doesn't "PROJECT" then based on "PERFORMANCE", UCF should be no lower than #7. Over half of the coaches/AP agreed as well. A win over Memphis won't mean anything. It's truly disgusting.

If you guys go 25-0, you have got to fight legally to put an end to this nonsense. It's clear now that if the playoff were 8 teams, they'd have UCF back at #11. Increasing the number of teams isn't going to fix things. Don't just sit there and take it from these CFI frauds.

You're so optimistic. This is the committee giving a big middle finger to you. They make the rules, UCF is out. A farce.

Guys, it’s one spot. Who cares if we end up 5 or 7. Let’s see if they put in a 2 loss team over UCF. We may never know.

No. They’ll just exclude us and chuckle. Well, you were close!

So looks like they will line Michigan up with UCF in bowl game. I guess the spartans will be the next team not motivated to play their bowl game against UCF.

I hope Michigan gets in. We have a chance to do something that's only been done once in over 45+ years.... by '94-'95 Nebraska. I'll take that accomplishment over the annual top 4 B.S. parade any day.

Marc Daniels talked about this today exactly as we did.

What 2 loss team would they dare put over UCF?

We havent and we wont. We wikk continue to expose this scam for what it is

Personally i think UCF should be ranked ahead of Michigan, but I can see the thought process. Theoretically the 3rd best team would lose to the 1st and 2nd best, so on and so forth. There is obviously a level of justification that the committee is using for this, based on what they perceive the quality of their opponents to be. That being said, undefeated is undefeated and that should carry more weight than it does.

LOL, of course they will....if Texas beats Ok, they will jump us.

There has Never been a scenario where we would be invited to the invitational....anybody thinking something other than that still believes in the Easter Bunny and Frost wouldn't leave us last year (side eye at Mikesi).

Why is everyone surprised? We been getting screwed over for 2 years now. It’s the difference between a 126 million tv contract vs 6 billion. Just keep winning in the end it’s an inventation for the privilege tv contract.

Until it actually happens, it’s fantasy Kind of like the dozens of other posters who said Frost wouldn’t leave as well, but aren’t admitting it now Wink wink

Glad Frost is gone. Heupel is has a higher football IQ. He’s a better coach who probably won’t realy on best friend crappy coaches after they have lost a ton of games.

The committee has said they will take injuries into account. The fact that we didn't fall after losing Milton is a good sign in my opinion.

The injury to Milton played a part in this. The committee already stated that they take injuries into consideration.

Certainly, how we play on Saturday will determine our final CFP rating and people can make their final judgments about its fairness at that time.

It doesn't matter if we're 5 - 12, the only scenario where this may be relevant is if #4 #5 and #6 all lose on saturday. I'm sure the committee is hoping that one of #5 and #6 lose but not both - makes their decision real easy.
