If there's a mantra to Allen Mogridge's first spring as UCF's offensive line coach, it's short and simple: "Keep working and get better every day."
He takes over a unit from Brent Key that has some experience, but overall is still a young group. Only Tarik Cook and Joey Grant (who is unavailable this spring) can say they've started games in multiple seasons. Players like Aaron Evans, Jason Rae and Chavis Dickey saw their first action in 2014.
